SAINT AGNES / SAINT PATRICK PARISH CENSUS

Help us to serve you better by participating in the 2012 Parish Census.

There are 3 options:

1. Complete the census update on-line.  EMAIL us by using the email address census@stagnescc.com  and request a username and password.  Provide your name and address in the email.  You will hear back from us with online Registration Instructions. Watch the bulletin for dates in January that we will have live demonstrations before and/or after Mass times to help those that need assistance.  NOTE: census@stagnescc.com  is NOT a website; it is an email address.

2. Paper Census Forms are available here and at the entrances of the church. Complete the form and return it to us in the collection basket or by mail. 

3. Send us a note requesting a Phone call or Home visit and a member of our Parish Council will contact you to complete the census.
