PROCESS TO CREATE A HEALTHY AND HOLY PARISH

The Four Disciplines

  1. Cohesive Leadership
  2. Create Organizational Clarity
  3. Over-Communicate Clarity
  4. Reinforce Clarity Through Persons, Ministries and Structures
How do I find related handouts and documents for this process?

PARISH SURVEY - Our Parish Council has created a web-based survey to measure the temperature and satisfaction of the ministry we provide at St. Agnes and St. Patrick’s. Login and tell us what you think.  The survey will measure what you like and what can be improved upon to provide better ministry.  It is anonymous and designed to help our future planning.

CAMP HOLY CROSS IS LOOKING FOR A CHEF & COOK FOR SESSIONS I & II AT CHC - Please help spread the word - Camp Holy Cross is looking for someone to work in the dining hall for Sessions I & II, July 2015. PLease have them contact Fr. Chris (frcm@berkshire.rr.com) for more information.

PLease spread the word - Camp is now accepting registrations for our summer sessions. Visit www. campholycross.org for more information

SUMMER CAMP JOBS - Positions are very limited.

Looking for a chef & cook in the kitchen for sessions I & II. Help spread the word. If anyone knows someone that may be interested please let me know.

I am not going to be able to rehire entire staff due to budgets and overstaffing issues. It would be helpful for me to know if you plan on applying for camp this season. If so please send an email telling me I can expect an application. In no way does previous employment indicate a rehire. I am going to be very selective. I have very few openings.

If you know that you are unable to return - please indicate that to me as well so that I can make the appropriate determinations.

All my best to each of you. Fr. Chris

Fr. David (from St. Mark's PIttsfield) will be joining our staff this year as Camp Director. I will be training him this season.
